When I pull up Monster or any other job search website, I also pull up a specific employer’s job listings page, and they never completely match up. The employer will always have available jobs that aren’t posted on the job search site. Why is there never up-to-date info? I don’t know much about search engines or job search software to know why they wouldn’t match up.

Employers advertise on their own website for openings do it because it’s free. They already pay for their website anyway. When they advertise on monster or any other job board they have to pay. I notice a lot more employers use craigslist since they only have to pay $25.00
