Ok. Every holiday season, all the department stores, retail stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and mall shops, near me advertise that they are hiring for the holiday season. I spent the entire holiday season back in 2007, job searching with no luck. But that was my first semester in college.

It seems to be that these places say they hired people for the holiday season. The you walk into the store, shop, of coffeeshop, and can’t get help. If they hired people for the holiday season, why does customer service lack so much? Do you believe they say they are hiring for the holiday season, just to get Job Searcher’s hopes up? I do.

Disagree. The holiday season is so busy. That means the workers are also busy. Of course the stores are a mess so that’s what they are probably doing is straighting up.
